Proposal Generation & Filtering

How Proposal Generation Works

Proposals can be submitted through the Quack AI Governance Console or pushed via API integrations from external platforms. They may be initiated by:

  • Human participants

  • Partner applications

  • AI agents responding to triggers such as NAV changes, redemption queue shifts, or stale PoR data

Each proposal follows a standardized schema to allow Quack AI agents to efficiently evaluate and route proposals through the lifecycle.

Before reaching stakeholders or agents, all proposals pass through Quack AI’s intelligent pre-screening layer. This includes:

  • Clarity and Structure Checks to ensure the proposal is properly formatted and actionable

  • Feasibility and Relevance Assessment to determine if the proposal is sound and timely

  • Spam and Redundancy Detection to identify malicious or duplicate submissions

  • Compliance Filtering for KYC, jurisdictional rules, and access permissions when required

Only proposals that pass this stage move forward to scoring and prioritization.

The Outcome: Signal Over Noise

By automating proposal intake, filtering, scoring, and publishing, Quack AI ensures that governance participants only see what matters.

This eliminates

  • Proposal spam

  • Manual review fatigue

  • Delayed execution

And increases:

  • Proposal quality

  • Timely decision-making

  • Scalable coordination

  • Regulatory readiness
