Proposal Generation & Filtering
How Proposal Generation Works
Proposals can be submitted through the Quack AI Governance Console or pushed via API integrations from external platforms. They may be initiated by:
Human participants
Partner applications
AI agents responding to triggers such as NAV changes, redemption queue shifts, or stale PoR data
Each proposal follows a standardized schema to allow Quack AI agents to efficiently evaluate and route proposals through the lifecycle.
Before reaching stakeholders or agents, all proposals pass through Quack AI’s intelligent pre-screening layer. This includes:
Clarity and Structure Checks to ensure the proposal is properly formatted and actionable
Feasibility and Relevance Assessment to determine if the proposal is sound and timely
Spam and Redundancy Detection to identify malicious or duplicate submissions
Compliance Filtering for KYC, jurisdictional rules, and access permissions when required
Only proposals that pass this stage move forward to scoring and prioritization.
Quack AI ranks proposals using its Governance Priority Engine. This system evaluates:
Impact based on scope, value at stake, and operational complexity
Urgency based on timing, regulatory deadlines, or asset-level volatility
Sentiment Signals collected from platforms such as X, Discord, and Telegram
Strategic Alignment with protocol or platform goals
Historical Context such as similar proposals, treasury status, or governance trends
Each proposal receives a Governance Score that determines its visibility, review order, and execution path.
Before proposals are made public, Quack AI enhances their structure to ensure they are clear, executable, and ready for review or agent action. This includes:
Rewriting proposal titles and summaries
Clarifying intended outcomes and thresholds
Attaching linked contract addresses or modules
Embedding routing logic for treasury or execution triggers
Once finalized, proposals are published to the Quack AI dashboard and distributed via API to governance participants or AI agents.
The Outcome: Signal Over Noise
By automating proposal intake, filtering, scoring, and publishing, Quack AI ensures that governance participants only see what matters.
This eliminates
Proposal spam
Manual review fatigue
Delayed execution
And increases:
Proposal quality
Timely decision-making
Scalable coordination
Regulatory readiness
